This is probably due to a manufacturing defect, it is not common with our backpacks as they pass a rigurous third party quality inspection before being made available for sale but as with everything, there is a slight error margin and occasionally one faulty unit can slip through the cracks. However, your backpack is in full warranty and we will be happy to send you a replacement unit asap.

A reasonable price compared with the Givi equivalent. Appears robust but only time will tell. One brief ride out in the rain without the detachable cover proved that water soon soaks through to the inside.

This product is great. Very useful and good motorbike bag. Some negatives are that the main pouch is too small. The main pounch zips are tio weak and one has slipped off. The helmet net is brilliant and to you can use the side strap to carry a second helmet.

Ideal size for a small run around bag. Had the option to expand and can clip two helmets to this bags. The straps are very comfy
